PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
HOW IS IT MADE?
Each ring is made using a unique process called electroforming. We start by hand selecting a perfect stone(s) and puzzle piecing it together beautifully on a handmade hammered copper band. We then put copper conductive paint everywhere we want the metal to form. The pieces then go into an acid solution for the next 18 or so hours where the metal will form particle by particle, which builds not only the stability of the ring but also the unique beauty of the setting. We are constantly checking on them to be sure they are forming exactly as they should be. They are then tumbled to a perfect shine and plated with the thickest and highest quality plating possible in Gold, Rose Gold or Rhodium. Please note: All Genesis Reign pieces are lead & nickel free.
WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME?
All pieces are made to order and currently running approximately 6 weeks. Production times can also vary during the holidays. If you need an item by a certain date, please feel free to contact us and we will try to accommodate your request. Please note that shipping time is not included in production time.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We ship through USPS via First Class Mail. Items usually arrive in approximately 3-5 days depending on location, weather, and shipping volumes with USPS. You will receive an email with tracking info when your order is being prepared for shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after receiving this email. Also please keep in mind that often during USPS' busy time's the tracking will not update.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at this time but we are working on it and will update as soon as this is available.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION / EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY?
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their jewelry and experience with Genesis Reign.
Cancellations can be made and will be fully refunded on the following pieces, if they have not yet been shipped: all rings (except for custom stone rings) and earrings - once these items have shipped you will need to process them as a return.
We will accept returns on non-customized pieces within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns will be refunded as store credit, less the shipping charges.
Unfortunately we CANNOT accept cancellations/exchanges/returns on custom orders - these are FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTIES?
Yes! We always use the highest quality stones, metal and plating possible when creating these one of a kind pieces but sometimes things happen. If you are dissatisfied with the craftsmanship, please contact us right away and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We also offer a 180 day warranty on all plating, if your piece is looking worn, please mail it back and we will re-plate it free of charge. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and will love it for years to come. If you have any concerns at all about your piece, please reach out and we will do everything we can to make it right!

HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE?
You can go into any jeweler and they will be happy to size you for free. Another option is to purchase this ring sizer from Amazon.
If you plan on stacking rings, we suggest you consider going up about a half size. This ensures that you wont end up with a "muffin top" look on your finger.
Please note:
- Rings cannot be resized due to the unique way they are formed. If you purchased a non-custom design, we are happy to exchange an unworn item for another size. Please see exchange policy above.
- We do our best to ensure our sizing is as accurate as possible, however due to the free form copper electroforming process as well as inconsistency in sizing tools, please understand that ring sizes can vary by a quarter size.
